The house is in the forest-rich nature park Wildeshauser Geest.
In 1972 it was built as a restaurant attached to the old “Wassermühle” (water mill) from 1712.
Our rustic-style room with fireplace provides space for 95 persons and a view over the beautiful garden, the "hunter's parlour" for festivities disposes of 135 seats. Enjoy the garden terrace in the summer. Three conference rooms for up to 85 persons are also available.
Our hotel offers many leisure facilities including a double bowling alley, fishing cards and guided hiking tours.

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

The chefs of Restaurant Kaminraum will treat you to fine German cuisine according to regional and seasonal produce. The traditional room with fire place has a view into the garden with capacity for 95 people and the event room has a capacity for 135 people. In summer our garden terrace and garden are inviting places to relax.

- Follow the A1 motorway (Hansalinie Osnabrück – Hamburg) until exit Groß
Ippener (exit number 59).
- Continue in the direction of Harpstedt.
- In Harpstedt turn right at the crossing.
- You will find the hotel after 500 metres on your right hand side.
